In Örnsköldsvik you have plenty of restaurants - swedish cuisine and local specialities but also thai, chinese, indian, italian etc.

If you would like to have a fantastic view at the same time as you enjoy your meal, please visit "Varvsberget" where you have a great view of the town and the archipelago.

Örnsköldsvik was awarded as "Citycentre of 2008", and here you have  several of restaurants and pubs. The first italian/pizza-restaurant, "Mamma Mia", opened in the 70's . Enjoy a cup of coffee in one of the nice cafés.

If you want to visit the countryside or the archipelago you'll  find several restaurants and cafés serving local specialities, for instance "Bruksgodset", "Café Linlyckan", "Strutsfarmen".

If you would like to try the famous dish "surströmming - fermented herring"- visit Skeppsmalen or Ulvön.
